Casino Night

7:00 pm

 

On Saturday, June 1st, 2013, we will be holding a Casino Night at Jacques Reception Center in Middletown.    The evening will include food, dancing; open bar, huge prizes and of course a night of great gaming- including Blackjack, Roulette, Texas Hold Em, Craps and a Money Wheel.

The dates for the 2012-21013 school year are: 

SEPTEMBER 10th

NOVEMBER 14th

FEBRUARY 11th 

MAY 13th. 

We will once again be holding a tuition raffle for those who attend all four meetings.

Child care will be available.

VOLUNTEERING

 

The MTRS PTA is vital to the school in so many ways.  Obviously financially, with our fundraisers and family events but more importantly is the camaraderie and sense of purpose shared by parents and staff.  A wonderful bonus is fun and friendships that come along with the effort.    There is a family minimum requirement of 12 volunteer hours (only 4 may be baked goods and/or drink donations).  There are a multitude of events and activities that can help you achieve that goal.  This year we will be using an online site to make signing up even easier.  Please take a moment to look at the Volunteer Opportunities to see where you can contribute your time and talent.

Year Round Fundraising

MTRS participates in several programs year-round to help raise money for the school. 

These programs are at no cost to you and require little effort, but your participation in them has the potential to contribute a lot to our school.

We are able to purchase items for the school with these programs.
