Mother Teresa Regional School faculty demonstrates expertise in the subject area they seek to teach middle school students. In grades Prekindergarten 3 through 5, we look for teaching capabilities through the various stages of development and learning. Teachers are expected to have a certificate in the area in which they are interested in teaching. In the Middle School, we look for subject-centered experience and an understanding of adolescents. Middle School faculty should possess a degree in their subject area, an elementary certificate, and/or a middle school certificate.
Faculty salaries and benefits packages are competitive and reflect related experience. The school uses the diocesan salary scale as a guideline in offering a competitive salary. Faculty are eligible for the diocesan pension plan after one full time year of employment within the Diocese of Trenton. Full-time faculty are offered health benefits, long-term disability benefits and life insurance.
